Because the TTB/ATF and FDA have determined Blend's® Liquor Ice Cream to be a distilled spirits product the product is required to pay Federal Excise Tax (FET) and State Excise Tax (SET) and can only be sold where liquor is sold and only to legal adults. The product can only be sold to legal licensed retailers by legal licensed liquor wholesalers or individual control states authorities.
CONSUMER:
If you are interested in purchasing Blend's® Liquor Ice Cream, contact your favorite retailer and request product.
LIQUOR RETAILERS:
Contact your favorite liquor wholesaler of the state liquor control in control states. They can obtain samples and prices for your consideration.
LARGE MULTI-STATE CHAIN STORES:
The Ice Cream Bar can provide samples and product informaton directly to you. We can arrange for one of our representatives to visit your offices for a formal Blend's® Liquor Ice Cream presentation.
LARGE WHOLESALERS:
